Diebel Ads is an advertising network. A company buys a prepaid Boost. The ad is delivered on Diebel sites and on approved publishers. Spend, place and remainder stay visible.

Payment and delivery

After payment the Boost enters review. It goes live when it is approved. Diebel may reject an ad that breaks these terms. On rejection, only the unspent remainder returns to the wallet. A Stripe refund, if requested, covers that unspent remainder, not what was already viewed.

A display is billed when viewability is confirmed, not when the ad is merely selected. A click is billed once, separately. We do not guarantee sales or a fixed number of views. If the visitor's area cannot be confirmed for a local target, that Boost is not billed for the display.

Diebel does not advance money to Google, Meta or TikTok. Those networks are not connected. Of each euro billed, 62% is the inventory share and 38% stays with Diebel.

Forbidden content

Forbidden: minors in a sexual or exploitative context, malware, fraud, weapons, tobacco, drugs, unlicensed gambling, hate, false health claims, and electoral advertising that breaks the applicable law. The advertiser is responsible for the text, image and offer.

The ad must be identifiable. The network shows a controlled “Ad” mark. Do not remove it or hide it.

Publishers

Whoever adds a site confirms they own it or may show advertising there. Paid demand starts after the domain is verified. The 62% share is calculated on the amount billed on verified placements. Withdrawals go to an IBAN, from 10 €, and only from money already collected from advertisers. Diebel is not a bank and does not guarantee a transfer time.

Liability

The platform is provided as is. Diebel's liability is limited to the unspent amount of the affected Boost, except in cases of intent. Governing law: Romania. Courts of Romania, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
