What we process

Account (name, email, password hash). Boosts and delivery events (display, click, placement, amount). Leads from the Diebel page (name, phone, message), sent to the Boost company as a separate controller for that contact. Site offers (email, domain, note). IBAN and account holder, if you withdraw. Payments via Stripe.

Basis: contract (account, Boost, publisher), legitimate interest (fraud, security), consent (lead, site offer). We do not sell data. We do not do cross-site remarketing. We do not build a shared profile with other Diebel products.

To deliver a Boost only in the chosen country or radius, the server estimates the country and, when a city is set, the approximate area from the visitor IP at request time. We do not ask the browser for GPS. We do not store that IP on the campaign. We do not build a visitor profile. ads.js does not set an advertising cookie. Short server logs may still contain an IP for security.

Rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent. Write to contact@diebel.ro. You may complain to the Romanian ANSPDCP. We keep data for the life of the account and for legal duties, then delete or anonymise it.
